As a dedicated Life Coach specializing in Whole Person Wellness, I work oneon-one with clients to cultivate lasting transformation—mind, body, and spirit. My approach combines personalized coaching techniques with evidence-based organizational strategies, empowering individuals and teams to unlock their fullest potential.

In my Wellbeing at Work consulting, I design and implement people-centered initiatives that strengthen productivity, performance, and profitability. By fostering environments where every person feels seen, heard, and valued, I help organizations build cultures of trust, collaboration, and meaningful engagement —where genuine growth and connection flourish.

Qualifications & Experience

I have an MA in Leadership, Communications, and Theology (Summa Cum Laude) through the University of Liverpool (UK), and a BA in Social Sciences from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.

With more than 35 years of experience in pastoral leadership, I have supported hundreds of individuals through practical, sustainable processes of personal growth and transformation. Over the years, I’ve facilitated numerous guided retreats and workshops, integrating the science of wellbeing with accessible, real-world practices—helping people begin living the life they envision today.

Transformational Approach

My approach is grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, and the science of wellbeing. I help clients move beyond limiting beliefs, self-criticism, and the internal narratives that hold them back.

Through daily practices of grounding, breath-work, aromatherapy elements, stress-management tools, and mindful meditation, clients learn to regulate their nervous system, build emotional agility, and create meaningful, lasting change.
